What time are you open for business?: Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Saturday 6 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Closed Sundays.

What's the price of my aluminum per pound worth?: Prices change daily. For the most up to date price's, call the office at 413-594-5160.

Where is Kane Scrap located?: 184 East Meadow Street Chicopee, Massachusetts 01013

How do I get there?: Coming from North/South take Interstate 91 to Exit 12 / 391 North Exit 3 Westover-Willimansett
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Chicopee St and after 2 overpasses turn right onto East Meadow.

From East/West take Mass Pike Exit 5 Chicopee/Route 33. Keep left at fork and follow signs for Chicopee/Chicopee falls. Turn right onto Montgomery St.
Turn left at Granby Rd. and continue straight for 2.2 miles. Turn right onto East Meadow.

Once there, where do I take my iron or tin?: Pull onto our truck scale, wait for the green light and drive around. Our scale master will direct you where to go.

Do we take beer kegs?: We do not accept beer kegs, not even cut in half.

Where do I bring my aluminum, copper or any other non-ferrous metals?: At Kane Scrap, a non-ferrous scale is located next to the office. Anyone of our forklift operator's or help (look for workers with yellow hard hats or saftey colored shirts) can assist you with any of your needs

Do I need an ID?: A State Identification /License for ID is required by law to turn in your scrap metal.
